The Overland Series Front Bumper for the 3rd Gen (2022-2025) Tundra delivers rugged off-road performance while maintaining full compatibility with Toyota Safety Sense, parking sensors, and the front-mounted camera. All bull bar configurations work with TSS, though low- and mid-height bars will appear in the camera’s view without obstructing it fully. A TSS recalibration may be required after installation, as sensor relocation can occasionally trigger the system to request adjustment. For optimal sensor performance, C4 Fabrication recommends a level truck stance, as excessive forward rake may cause increased sensitivity.
Engineered for both durability and function, this bumper is built from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4″ thick mounting and winch plates, plus fully welded 3/4″ thick D-ring tabs. The bull bar is made from .120 wall HREW tubing in 1 3/4″ and 1 1/2″ diameters for strength and impact resistance. Designed to house a 40″ single-row light bar (specifically the Baja Designs S8) and one pair of Baja Designs Squadron fog lights, the bumper also accommodates LP9 lights on all options except the low bar, but they will not be pre-drilled. Integrated light cutouts come standard.
The bumper fits most 8k-12k winches, with WARN VR and ZEON series confirmed to fit, and performs best with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead. It includes a steel front skid plate to replace the factory plastic version, provisions to reattach factory fender liners, and requires minor trimming of bumper panels and fender flares for installation. Available in multiple bull bar configurations: no bar (160 lbs), low bull bar (168 lbs), mid-height with gussets (174 lbs), and full bull bar with headlight hoops (182 lbs). This bumper blends heavy-duty strength, clean fitment, and sensor-friendly design for the ultimate overland upgrade. Unless ordered with the powder-coated finish, painting or coating is required before installation to prevent rust.
