Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:‬

 Please allow up to 72 hours to process your order. Please expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is being processed, and update you with any necessary information i.e. tracking number. 

PARTNER PRODUCTS & THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

To ensure the best selection and availability, a portion of our catalog is fulfilled by our trusted partner network.

  • Vendor Processing: Orders for partner products are transmitted to the vendor within 24 hours. Each vendor adheres to their own standard processing time, typically ranging from 3 to 7 business days.

  • Carrier Rules: Partners select the carrier that best ensures the safe arrival of their specific goods. This may differ from our standard shipping partners.

  • Delivery Estimates: Please note that the "Estimated Delivery" shown at checkout is an approximation based on the vendor’s location and current processing capacity.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Continental US Shipping options are provided during the checkout process.

  • Free Shipping: Items marked with "Free Shipping" default to FedEx Ground.

  • Expedited Shipping: If you require faster delivery, please contact us by phone or email before placing your order.

  • Mixed Carts: If your cart contains items with different shipping terms (e.g., one "Free Shipping" item and one "Paid Shipping" item), you will only be charged for the item that requires paid shipping. In cases where we can combine items into one shipment, we will refund any shipping overpayments.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping rates for AK and HI are calculated manually due to fluctuating costs. Please Contact Us before ordering so we can find the most cost-effective method for you.

LTL FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

For items requiring LTL Freight, processing can take up to 2 business days as products must be palletized and scheduled.

  • Scheduling: We will contact you via phone prior to scheduling to collect the freight fee and confirm details.

  • Mandatory Inspection: LTL shipments must be inspected before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). If possible, call us while the driver is present so we can advise you.

  • Liability: Any damages not reported at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the individual who signed for the shipment.

STORE PICKUP

Location: 2211 Texas Dr, Irving, Texas 75062 If you prefer local pick-up, please call or email us before placing your order to arrange this. We must confirm the pick-up availability before the order is processed. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Note: We do not offer local delivery at this time.

DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS

Once a carrier picks up an order, transit delays are outside of our control. However, we will assist you in resolving issues with the carrier whenever possible.

  • Reporting Window: Any missing, mis-shipped, or carrier-damaged items must be reported to our store within 24 hours of receipt.
