RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DO NOT SEND A PRODUCT WITHOUT HAVING APPROVAL.
If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Off-Road Place if the customer didn't opt into Checkout+. Again, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like electronic wiring (connectors, wire harnesses, etc), oils (such as gear oil), and any item that was on clearance or final sale. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
RESTOCKING FEE
Most smaller items will not encounter a restocking fee. However, items like bumpers, rock sliders, roof racks, may be subject to restocking fees.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE
We will only replace items that are deemed to be damaged or defective. For the most part, we will direct you to the manufacturer to file a warranty issue and can assist in that matter. If the item is shipped back to Off-Road Place for exchange, shipping charges are non-refundable, we are still dedicated to processing your return/exchange in a timely manner. The customer, by making a purchase through Off-Road Place, understands that it is their responsibility for the return shipping fee and that it will be deducted from any refunded amount.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
SHIPPING
Once receiving approval for return/refund and are shipping the product back, you should mail the product(s) back to 1999 W Airport Fwy, Irving, TX 75062.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, including exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping option or purchasing shipping insurance. Off-Road Place is not responsible for lost products, nor can we guarantee that we will receive your returned/exchanged product.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refunds yet, please check with your bank account again. Refunds can take sometimes up to 10 days to process depending upon your bank/credit card issuer.
If you have contacted your bank and/or credit card issuer, it is after 10 days of receiving notice from Off-Road Place that a refund will be issued, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@offroadplace.com.
