The 6th Gen 4Runner Hybrid Front Bumper features a laser-cut plate steel center with round steel tubing on the wings for maximizing strength and clearance, while minimizing excess weight. The bumper is crafted from 3/16-inch laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4-inch thick mounting plates, with 13/4-inch x 11ga HREW steel tubing. Our front bumper improves approach angles and adds clearance for running larger tires, allowing your rig to easily navigate technical terrain.
The Hybrid Bumper provides a heavy-duty winch mount with front cutouts that allow winch lever access, and it offers two 3/4-inch thick D-ring tabs that come fully welded front and back for added strength. Lighting capabilities are provided by a central mount that is compatible with a Baja Designs S8 30” Light Bar or RIGID 30” SR Series Light Bar, and custom LP6 mounting brackets are included for enhanced side lighting. Additionally, the bumper provides fog light mounts for running Baja Squadron or Baja XL pods.
The optional Full-Height Bull Bar features 1-3/4-inch x 11ga HREW tubing with 1-1/2-inch x 11ga HREW gussets. The bull bar retains the Toyota Safety Sense and factory parking sensors. Our bumper is also compatible with the OEM adaptive cruise control, front camera, and skid plate. The bumper ships with a washer tank skid and winch controller relocation bracket.
Unless our in-house hammer black powder coating is selected, the bumper must be painted or coated before installation to prevent rust. Our Hybrid Series Front Bumper is designed and manufactured in the USA.

Fitment:
- Fits all 2025+ 4Runner (6th Gen) models and sub-models.
- Requires cutting of the factory plastic bumper to install.
- Compatible with adaptive cruise control (ACC). Does not obstruct the factory front camera.
- Fits over the factory skid plate.
- Works with factory sensors, plugs included if not factory-equipped.
- Full-Height Bull Bar variants are compatible with Toyota Safety Sense and parking sensors. Some vehicles will require professional TSS recalibration after install.
- Factory fog lights are not supported.
