Yes. Jackery power stations can be used outdoors. However, most Jackery portable power stations are not waterproof, as the outlets and ventilation ports are exposed and should be kept away from water.

The 1500Ultra, has a higher level of water resistance compared to other models. When the input and output ports are covered, all sides except the bottom cooling fan are protected against water exposure.

To avoid damage, we do not recommend using the power station in rainy or wet conditions. Always keep the unit dry and protected from water exposure.

Due to the high-capacity lithium battery inside, our portable power stations cannot be taken on an airplane.

Most airlines and aviation safety regulations restrict lithium batteries above certain capacity limits, and our power stations exceed those limits. As a result, they are generally not allowed in either carry-on or checked baggage.

No. Jackery batteries are designed with multiple safety protections and do not catch fire under normal use. While any battery can be damaged by extreme abuse or conditions, Jackery products are engineered to prevent unsafe failures such as fire.

Since these products can range from unused to lightly used, we cannot provide an exact count of previous charge/discharge cycles for each unit.

However, please rest assured that all units meet Jackery’s safety and performance standards and are fully functional for normal use.

The type of battery depends on the series of the portable power station:
Standard (Basic) and Pro series: Lithium Nickel Cobalt Manganese (NCM) batteries
Plus and V2 series: Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries

Currently, the 2000PLUS and HP3600plu support parallel operation.

Parallel operation allows you to increase both capacity and rated output. Please note that using this feature requires the Jackery Connector which can be found here: https://www.jackery.com/products/jackery-connector

Energy-Saving Mode is a feature that automatically stops supplying power to connected devices after a certain period if their power consumption falls below a specific threshold, helping to prevent unnecessary energy use.

Please note that the power threshold, the delay before automatic shutdown, and how to enable Energy-Saving Mode vary depending on the model. For detailed instructions, please refer to the user manual for your product.

Currently, only the Explorer 5000 Plus can provide 240V output as a single unit.

For the Explorer 2000 Plus and the HomePower 3600 Plus, 240V output is available only when two identical units are connected in parallel. For example, two Explorer 2000 Plus units or two HomePower 3600 Plus units working together.
