Our 4th Gen Tacoma Bed Channel Stiffeners solve the problem of the rear composite bed channels from cracking due to stresses from camper shells, racks, & off-roading. They reinforce these channels with a 3/16-inch stiffener and a 3/16-inch backing plate, providing an additional 1/8-inch of steel for superior rigidity.
The top of the brackets feature accessory mounting locations perfect for a whip flag, light pod, or antenna. The stiffeners are made from high-quality steel and finished in a durable 2-stage hammer black powder coat. These robust brackets ensure maximum strength and longevity, allowing you to confidently tackle any adventure.
* Please Note: Some drilling is required for installation. During installation it's important to use a Step Bit (Unibit) to prevent cracking, rather than a regular Drill Bit.
