The 4Runner Hybrid Front Bumper for 5th Gen models (2014-2024) is a rugged, high-clearance upgrade that combines a plate steel center with tubular steel wings to improve approach angles and make room for larger tires. Designed for serious off-road use, it allows for the mounting of a winch (8k-12k), a 30” light bar, and various fog light combinations in the tube areas. Constructed from 3/16" laser-cut steel with 1/4" mounting plates and 1.75” .120 wall HREW tubing, it also includes fully welded 3/4" D-ring tabs for recovery.
Installation requires cutting the factory plastic bumper and replacing the power steering cooler lines with the included kit. Models from 2020 and up with Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) must select the optional TSS Relocation Bracket for compatibility, although the mid-height bull bar version does not support TSS. The bumper is not compatible with the MTM front camera unless it is relocated above the bumper. Unless you choose our powder coated option, this product will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust. Available with optional add-ons like a washer tank skid plate, winch accessories, and light mounts, this bumper offers both protection and functionality in a trail-ready design.
