Upgrade the front end of your 2024-2025 Tacoma with the Overland Front Bumper, built for serious off-road performance, winch compatibility, and seamless integration with modern lighting and safety systems. Designed specifically for the 4th Gen Tacoma, this bumper requires cutting of the factory plastic bumper for installation but delivers a clean, aggressive, and highly functional result.
Crafted from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel, the bumper is built to handle rugged terrain while maintaining optimal clearance and approach angles. Integrated 3/4″ thick D-ring recovery points are fully welded front and back for maximum strength. The design supports most 8k-12k winches, but winches with a top-mounted control box (like the Warn VR series) will require relocating the control box. For the best fit and performance, we recommend synthetic rope winches paired with a hawse fairlead; large roller fairleads may not fit the recessed mount.
Convenient front-facing cutouts allow access to your winch clutch lever, and the bumper comes ready for a 30" single-row light bar, specifically the Baja Designs S8, Heretic Studio 30", or Rigid SR-30. Fog light pockets are designed to house Baja Designs Squadron lights (factory fog lights are not compatible).
Bull bar tubing is built from 1 3/4" OD steel with 1/8" wall thickness for strength without excess weight. Gussets and headlight hoops use 1 1/2" OD tubing. Depending on your bull bar selection, the bumper weight ranges from 114 lbs (no bull bar) to 138 lbs (full-height bull bar with headlight hoops). All bull bar configurations maintain compatibility with Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) and parking sensors, though some vehicles may require a professional TSS recalibration after installation.
Included with the bumper is a washer tank skid and winch controller relocation kit. TRD Pro and TRD Off-Road models do not require an additional mini-skid. This product ships via Ground and, unless you select our powder-coated option, will need to be painted or powder coated before install to prevent rust.
