Know Your Flow Type

OPEN FLOW: Air passes freely through the chuck whether or not the chuck is engaged with the tire valve stem. For use with inline tire inflation tools. Not suitable for direct connection to pressurized airline.

CLOSED FLOW: Air will only pass through if the chuck is engaged with the tire valve stem.
Choose OPEN FLOW for:
- Attachment to inline tire inflator gauges (or similar inflation tools)
- Attachment to portable 12-volt tire inflators (Requires Lightning Air Adapter)
Choose CLOSED FLOW for:
- Direct connection to air compressor hose
- Automatic 4-tire inflation/deflation systems (i.e. MORRFlate, Thor's Lightning, etc.)
