Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Off Road Place are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
No purchase necessary
No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
How to enter
To enter a specific day’s giveaway, you must: Join the Off Road Place Trail Dispatch with a valid email address. Follow Off Road Place on Instagram or TikTok. Like that day’s giveaway post. Comment on that post and tag at least one real friend. Unless stated otherwise, one entry per person per day is allowed. Multiple comments from the same person on the same post do not count as multiple entries.
Entry period
The 12 Days of Giveaways promotion runs from the end of November through December. Each daily giveaway has its own entry window, which will be stated in the caption or on this page. Entries received outside that window will not be counted for that day.
Winner selection and notification
For each day, one winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be contacted by direct message from the official Off Road Place account. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, Off Road Place may select an alternate winner. Off Road Place is not responsible for missed messages or blocked DMs.
Prizes
The prize for each day will be described on this page or in the giveaway post. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Off Road Place may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed item becomes unavailable.
Shipping and taxes
Prizes will be shipped only to addresses in the continental United States. Off Road Place covers standard shipping. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.
Conduct and disqualification
Off Road Place reserves the right to disqualify entries that use fake accounts, "giveaway" accounts, bots, spam tagging, or offensive content, or otherwise break these rules or platform guidelines.
Use of name and content
By entering, you agree that Off Road Place may publicly share your first name, city, social handle, and vehicle, and may repost or share your comments or related content in winner announcements or future marketing.
Platform disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform, nor the companies whose products are featured in the giveaways.
Changes to the promotion
Off Road Place may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if technical issues, fraud, or other problems affect its fairness or integrity.
Privacy
Email addresses collected for the Newsletter will be used to send Off Road Place updates, discounts, stories, and trail tips. We do not sell your information to third parties.
